Ok so im trying to upload tracking number to this open dispute and I cant im getting error message saying Looks like something went wrong on our end.Let's try that again and I can't call their customer support because of this virus since they don't have a number to call anymore anyone please help how to solve this issue ….

Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Thats what I did and they just added tracking on behalf of me case closed
