Please can someone assist. An investment group of members was formed and different transactions done
whereby money was sent to the account manager who never delivered on promises made. Please can you advise how to register multiple payment transactions done to the same person to get a refund from Paypal for the investment account management services not delivered as all members have now been scammed of their funds invested.
