Can someone help with my paypal I want to transfer my money to my other account but my paypal is locked.

you would need to resolve any limitations first if the account is limited.

if its a permanent limitation then sadly nothing you can do about it.

if its permanent then be careful as paypal may close any other account you have opened if they did not allow you to open another one.

Raise a dispute with them. My account is locked after a buyer wanted their money back. I answered their dispute but account still locked. Now, I can't message them and have to wait for an answer. Good luck. Paypal are acting like God. I put in a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman and still no response
