I set up a PayPal account just because I had some items that I sold on eBay.
PayPal wanted me to send them things like tracking number, receipts from when I originally bought the items I sold and other things. It was very tedious and thought it was a little ridiculous. So I just blazed through it thinking that I could always try again. A couple days later they locked my account and said that I can no longer do business with PayPal and that I might be able to get my funds in 180 days.
I've tried contact eBay and PayPal. I haven't been able to get a hold of eBay or PayPal to resolve this.
I have since received a message giving me a chance to resolve this in the next 21 day and recommends that I contact eBay, but I can't contact eBay.
