I have been going around in circles for days with PayPal, because for extra security they want to send a message to my old mobile phone number,
which is now no longer registered, and does not exist anymore. I cannot load a new mobile phone number into PayPal, because it wants me to log in first! I have not found any way to adjust my 'profile', or found a 'button' to click on which will allow me to change anything, or explain that my old number is
now defunct , without being asked to log in - which I am prevented from doing. I have tried telephoning a few times, only to be told that their call system is overloaded, or that they cannot deal with me at the present time. What on earth can I do? Thank you.
