PayPal has locked my funds for over 10months now and is refusing to release it. It says account is limited and funds will be released in 180 days but it’s been over 10months
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
