It appears that my relationship with Paypal has ended because I used a VPN. My funds are locked for 6 months! I searched their user agreement and found no mentions of VPN's. All I've done with this account is take my EBAY sales and invest in crypto. They've gone up tremendously! But now I won't be able to access any of those gains! EBAY stopped allowing the Paypal linkage, but I still thought it was safe to use. They should give a warning about VPN use if they suspect that could be the case. I use a VPN to protect myself. Many savy internet users do!
