My Paypal account got locked permanently, but before it was locked I transfer a certain amount of money on my bank twice. I am patiently waiting for it to be transfered as Paypal told me that it will be received within 4 days of processing, but disappointingly, Paypal revert it back and now its locked up! How can I get the funds immediately as I am in so much need of the funds? Please help me with this issue.
