Hi, I ordered the same item twice yesterday because after the first order it said something went wrong and I ordered it again so I want to cancel one of the items but they are making it so difficult I'm ready to cancel both orders

Sadly thats between you and the person you purchased from, paypal only covers you for non receipt or received but not as described.

However if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then you could try a chargeback via your card issuer?
