Living with parents

Hi! Paypal is asking for proof of residential address (utility, bank, govt issued documents). I don't have any documents under my name since all the utilities and bills are addressed to my parents. I don't have a credit card or something with both my name and address except for IDs (which I've tried sending as proof but were not considered). Please advise. My parents will get a notarized statement that I'm still living them and in that address - will that be considered? Thank you so much.

You would need to provide 1 of these.

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill

Hi! Thank you for the response, but, I don't have those documents addressed in my name. All utility bills are addressed to my parents, I don't have a credit card, and I'm using a prepaid cell. Thanks for the response, though.

Then its unlikely you will be able to complete the verification i.d. process.
