Is there a list of other proof of identity to help me lift up the account limitation on my account. I have given Philhealth, Birth Certificate and Barangay Clearance and still, they are looking for some IDs. I would like to know if a Police clearance can clear my account. I saw some posts on Facebook pages, was able to lift up the limitation on their accounts with Police clearance, SSS Postal ID.
Not specifically for your country, PayPal just tell you to go to the resolution center to your PayPal case and I would imaging they would tell you what the accepted documents are for proof of identity (typically a government issued ID card or passport), proof of address (typically bank statement, credit card statement, utility bill), etc.
