I made a purchase using paypal as a guest and didn't login to my account while making the purchase. There seems to be a problem with the product and I want to a refund. How do I start a refund process now? Or link that transaction to my account.
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid) OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
