Hi, So we have an Online Free To Play game, and people can Donate us through an automatic paypal payment system, they got virtual coins for their donation, and they can purschase ingame virtual items. Paypal is asking me to send invoices and tracking numbers for delivery but its a virtual item -.- I've presented them the game and the system and the only response was an automatic email to go to resolution centre bla bla bla. What should i do? Nearly 3000€ locked...
