Hello i have been limited from since last year and i havent seen the limitation been removed. I also can't contact customer service whenever i try to it comes out futile. I have a paypal balance which i wish to transfer the funds to another account or bank card and close this account. Can someone help me as to why my account has been limited for very long and how can i fix this?
