Limited for a violation & kept my money

Please can somebody help me. PayPal limited my account for a violation . We were the subject of espionage and was confirmed by the Financial Ombudsman. Because when we sign up to PayPal we accept terms they have a right to limit accounts. Mine was done by a robot! I have waited for 180 days to see that PayPal have stolen my money £3670 approx transferring it to there own account. I have done nothing wrong. Somebody sent £2 saying raffle ! We refunded and said unknown payment. We didn’t know the person. We don’t do raffles. I am now trying to get my story out as the new CEO is causing massive issues for small businesses like me that have suffered through no fault of there own. I need someone to please help me as this is disgusting

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
