I have been having some issue's on my Paypal account recently. I stream on Twitch and receive tips which goes to my Paypal account. However, a few weeks ago I found limitations begin to pop-up in my account. I gave all the information I could besides the "Provide purchase receipt from your supplier." How could I go about getting these limitations removed as it has been over a week since I submitted the files that were asked for and they are all still pending. My account is a personal one too so I don't see why I'd be receiving these limitations.
