Limited account

Hello PayPal make limit in my account and I can't withdraw money I can't send money and I can't receive money.And I have a question I have notification for the limited account and button to verify my account but I click the button and it shows me something went wrong on our part try after 1-2 minutes and when I try later it turns out the same. What should I do ???

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
