Limited account

My account is limited for more than a year now so I can’t use it even when I provided la information like my ID, card stamens, change password and the problem is not solve yet, should I create another account ?

If its a temporary limitation then you would have to resolve the issues on that account first.

However if its a permanent limitation then its a ban on you and your account so you would not be allowed to open another account.

Also you are only allowed 2 paypal accounts as long as x1 is personal and the other x1 is a business account.
