I'm having trouble with my PayPal account,  my account has been limited and every message I send not he messages centre either does not get a reply or sends me an auto message to go to the resolution centre.
The resolution center however does not provide any options to resolve the issue.
Furthermore, I keep receiving emails telling me to respond to a conversation or the conversation will be closed, those emails direct me to the message center , with no new messages.. just me waiting for Paypal to respond.

i cannot use the phone to call them due to disability if they don't reply via the message centre is there any other way to get help?
i need to get this resolved quickly as I reply on Paypal for things like food and medication, I'm so lost and don't know what to do if PayPal won't reply
