So can someone help me.. I sold instagram page for $300 and now paypal limited my account, which means i cant send payments, cant withdraw my money and etc.. i send photo of ID and they reviewed but account is limited they dont give me full access.. can someone help me?? Thank you!!!!!

Did you ask the buyer to send the payment via the friends / family option at all?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Is better to call them OR send em email OR message on the facebook.. because for me is easier to email them and try to solve problem Maybe if i call them i need to pay then
