I get an email saying i have recieved money, log in to see my account is limited and with no email expkaining why and no time frame of when this will be lioked into , even after upkoading reqired documents , and no way of getting intouch with customer care .. so now what?

So both facebook and twitter response are automated and so is your email option.. how do i speak to an actual human being ? There is no number to call paypal .. this is ridiculous
