Limited account

My account was limited due to a large sum of money being refunded. To get it lifted I must prove my identity. But my PayPal name and legal name is not the same. And PayPal wont let me change my name. My money is held for months now. What can I do?

Nothing, the name on your legal paypal account must be your legal name and proven by legal documents.
