Limited account

Apparently my account has been limited,am trying to resolve it but i see no option even to upload anything in my resolution centre.Also i didn't get an email informing me about my account being limited. I don't want to loose this account. Help

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
