Hello, my Name is Deniss, and i got a limited pay pal account for a month, i provided all the necessary information, everythink is complited, but it still is limited. why? All i get is auto reply emails with the steps i did 100 times. thank you

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Hey, thanks a lot for answering, im living in latvia EU country, and i think its impossible to call them, i tried to use facebook but also there they have auto reply, every time nothing happends, auto replyies, and i fell that its impossible to make it work...
