Hello. I need help please. My account was suspended. I tutor online so I receive payment twice or thrice a week. But I cant send or receive. Money now. Please, that little cash is my only money

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I understand that your account is currently limited and that you wish to resolve the matter to restore account functionality. 

 

Here's how to remove a limitation from your account:

  1. Go to the Resolution Center.
  2. Click Go to Account Limitations.
  3. Click Resolve beside each step that is listed there.

If you complete the required steps and we ask you for more information by email, please respond as soon as possible so we can get things resolved. If we've asked for additional information, but you are unsure what to provide, please review the kind of documentation we accept.

 

If all of the steps are completed and your account remains limited, it means one of two things:

  • We've sent you an email asking for more information, or
  • We're reviewing your case, and we'll email you with our decision.

If you are having difficulty providing your information via the Resolution Centre you can contact our Customer Support Specialists for assistance.

 

To contact Customer Support, please follow the steps below:

  1. If you're reading this on the PayPal app, tap Contact at the bottom of the screen. If you're on a web browser, go to our Contact Us page.
  2. Select the issue that most closely matches your reason for contacting us.
  3. If the information you're shown on-screen doesn't answer your question, scroll down. Depending on the issue, you'll see an option to message or call us.

Please note that in most cases, our customer service specialists cannot remove your limitation over the phone but can offer support and advice on your limitation and any technical issues effecting you when you're attempting to resolve the appeal steps.
