Today my account was limited with no warning. I have had to submit proof who i am. Had this account for years and use regularly for small transactions.
I had the same thing happen. I pretty much only use my account to make purchases at online retailers. I sometimes receive money but it is few and far in between and only when a person can't give me cash in hand for whatever reason. I've emailed them. I hope this can be resolved because I don't like putting my credit card information online and Paypal serves as a buffer of protection for me.
