I recently had some money put into my account, and then my account was limited. And since its under a business name, i couldnt unlimit it so i tried to change my name to my actual name and sent in all the documents but they said they dont allow name changes and that i should transfer my funds to a new account. So i tried that but my account is still limited, can i please get some help so i can unlimit it and transfer the funds to a new account under my name. Thankyou
Sorry but you will need to submit identification documents for the "business" itself as its own entity to get the account back to normal standing before you're able to transfer or the funds are stuck in there.
