I used paypal's pay in 4 payments to buy something at the end of last year, but the last payment was marked as "unidentified" and paypal says I made a dispute claim with my bank, which i never did. The bank also says there shouldnt be an issue. So my account was limited because of an unidentified charge and now im getting late fees on the last payment. Because I cant pay anything. Ive submitted all the info in the "restore account" and tried calling but they hung up on me. What can I do? I use paypal pretty often.
