Limited account and PayPal isn't communicating with me

My business closed, but my PayPal account was still associated with it. My account was limited then frozen. I have uploaded the documents requested several times .. but no response. This has been going on for over a month and PayPal are holding over £500 of my money. How do I talk to someone?
I can't talk to anyone, just getting meaningless automated responses. Can anyone advise me?

I've having a similar issue. Have you found a number to talk someone. The messaging service is no help.
