Limited account & resolution centre fails to load due to PayPal technical issues

Hi everyone, 

 

I have recently set up a Business PayPal account for my eBay store but for some reason the account has been limited and I am supposed to provide additional info - which I understand and have no problem providing identity evidence etc.

 

The problem is when I try to go to the resolution centre, a pop-up window appears saying "Something went wrong. We have technical difficulties please try again" and doesn't open the resolution centre page. It's been like this for almost a week now and I'm thinking maybe this is a glitch ... how am I supposed to provide additional info when I don't even have access to resolution centre and its been almost a day and I keep getting the same technical difficulties message on my screen.

 

Any thoughts or suggestions?
