Are there options to resolve the limitation in the resolution centre of your paypal account?

I am srsly **bleep**! i have already uploaded proof of my identity, teh sent me message "Account Has Been Returned to Regular Standing" (after x days of waiting). I logged in and find out that limitations are still there??
Srsly... this is it for me. after this experience i am done with paypal. 
I would have been more patience but right now? i am in desperate situation.

Think it can take up to 24 hours for the system to re-set.

in the end it did not work - my acc was limited again 😕 
without explanation! Srsly- this smels as rly bad scheme 😕
