So my account got recently limited. I wanted to withraw the funds because i already waited the 180 days. But the problem is that the card i linked my PayPal with was my old card because I just changed banks. Is there a way to add another card even though my account is limited? or is there a way i can move funds from 1 acount to another? help please thank you
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
