My account has been limited and I need to send in documentation to prove that it’s me. What happens if I don’t send anything in and just leave it ? When I created the account I didn’t use my name just initials so i would have to submit documentation just to have my name changed to the correct name and then I could start sending in documentation to lift the limitation. I don’t really know if I want to do all that. I do have a balance of $188 and a card linked to the account. But as stated before the name is not the same. I tried to email support but just got an automated response.
