I have not been able to get ahold of anyone on the phone and have waited for over an hour. I tried using the message center and the resolution center, but I have gotten no help. My account is limited due to a card I no longer have access to. It was canceled and account closed for that card for fraud activity. I do not have access to the card for the information they need in order for me to access my account.
