The time it takes varies depending on your specific case, you may contact customer service to follow up but they can't lift limits over the phone although they can submit a ticket on it to the back office.
To contact customer service for assistance:
Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
