Limitations

Hello everyone. I need help. I received an email in November (20) to submit ID documentation to make sure my account was valid. I submitted requested copies of ID. I am still waiting for review of of account. Is this normal to have this much time to review? I called after a reasonable amount of time. 1st call....they stated 5-7 days. 2nd call...they stated 7-10 days. 3rd phone call today. They said 24-72 hours. Another 3 days!!!!! I just can’t believe this process. I need my money now.

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.
