Limitations

I have had a limitation on my account for 7 days it's still on there.ibhave submitted the info they requested now its saying I have no open cases and I need to get ahold of sender They took money out of his account but I still cant receive it.what do i need to do

It would show as pending on the senders end and time out 30 days post sending so hopefully your account will be restored before that happens.
