Limitations

I have been writing emails from 2am this morning in regards to getting in my account and now that I am in my account, I have restrictions on what I can and can’t do. After proving who I was once , within 15 mins . I had to do it again with my bank statement, license, and explain what’s going on for my account. And now I have wrote 4 emails because I need my funds that’s on there and my account have not been cleared yet . The first time it was cleared in 15 mins. How long more do I have to wait.

Hello @RoseDarby1. You might wanna consider this. Please login to your PayPal account and go to Message Center and go to Chat Support option to get a hold of a customer service representative to pull up your account real time.
