Limitations

Hey I haven’t used my account in over 3 years but it seems that I have limitations on my account that I’ve been reporting for the longest but they keep saying upload information on a card that I don’t even own or knew anything about how can I resolve this problem I would really like to use my paypal account

Sorry if you're having an issue resolving the limitation on your account. 

If we're asking you to verify information related to a card, that would mean that it has been previously or is currently on the account. Our system does occasionally want to verify a payment method that is added to the account. If we are unable to complete this verification process, the limitation may remain on the account.
