Limitations

Hi, I received a message saying my account was restricted as what i had received had exceeded limits. I provided the information and the restrictions were lifted. However upon receiving more funds, I am receiving the same message and when I go to verify, it says I have provided the information and will hear back in a few days. That is now over a week. I have tried mailing numerous times but just keep receiving automated responses. Anyone else experienced anything similar and can advise how long I should be expected to wait? Thanks
