Limitations

Hi, I’ve recently just sold an item on a brand new PayPal account and I know my money gets placed on hold till the buyer confirms it has arrived but I’ve also got the issue of my account having limitations stating I need to prove certain things but because of the limitations it says I’m can’t withdraw money and things like that and one of the tasks is to provide the tracking information for the item but how can I do all this and send the item if all these limitations are on my account and the buyer could claim a refund and then I’m stuck and confused and just need some help.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
