Message sent to whoever may be even looking at it???? Message to PP- You have locked my account for 2nd time ( first time was a hold and now is a limitation going on 5 days) and these funds have been for COVID-19 caregiving needs! Trying to speak to a human is a scam, either wait for two hours or get message the agent call back is down for maintenance? How dare you PayPal keeping my Pandemic relief funds locked up and away for me to be able to provide caregiver supply needs for COVID-19 family members.
