I want to cry and cry and cry - seems I get no where and have no help.
My account has limitations and I do not get any payments and an not use my account for more than a month.
I got this in Nov 2020.

Personal
- Contact details - correct done with check mark
- Proof of identity- correct done with check mark
Business
- Proof of address - big problem - I live i the Magic Kingdome of Saudi Arabia and do not get the utility bill or bank statement with my address. It is a head ache for me and I need my account to work.

- I have uploaded my National address and I have uploaded my bank account but with only Postbox as they do NOT do addresses here - only id number and everything is online. My address here in this Magic Kingdome is:

How can I fix this problem - I have Uploaded my information and different address papers, but none is accepted by PayPal. Please HELP as I am really near killing myself by now. This is the only problem I still have but do not get it fixed.

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:
- Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
- Bank, credit card, or financial statement
- Cell phone bill
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
