Limitations my funds on hold.

PayPal has limited my account since Saturday. On Sunday I uploaded all documents they needed. On Sunday evening my limitations were removed. On Monday when I withdrew money from Walmart they placed the limitations again. Requiring me to upload the same documents. I did. They said wait 72 hours. I have done so. Plus since Monday they have asked me to upload 1 document 3 times. I keep getting told by customer service to wait 24 hours it will be released. Still nothing. What can I do?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I have contacted them through customer service. I have spoken to several team members. I use message center as well. They tell me the same thing. And each time I upload the document they said it restarts the 72 hours.
