Limitations help

My acct has a limitation for a “double chargeback” however every agent I talk to says it shouldn’t be on there and they can see where I was not double credited and they have to “submit” it to the back office to have it lifted. Well this is the 3rd submission and it’s they keep saying I owe them the difference when I clearly don’t. I’ve called for weeks and spent soooo many hours on hold and transfer. Just to get hung up on to do it over. I’m beyond done and no one wants to help. Even requesting their manager they say they will and I get hung up on and or transferred and wait on hold for HOURS. Anyone else have this issue and if so how do I fix it
