So, In order to lift the limitations on my account, I need to provide info from a credit card I had permission to use but was not in my name. As I do not have access to the bank info the card is linked to, I can not provide the required documentation to resolve the limitation. Until I Can ctually talk to a human rep or otherwise communicate with someone at PayPal offices, I'm in a dead end. I.was going to close my account but I can't seem to do that either. Looming for a solution
