Limitations Due to "Unusual Activities"

So quite recently, my friend sent me over a payment of a few hundred dollars. Soon after it had been sent, I was limited right after. I owe him money as I can't send or refund him the money. In order to remove the limitations, I have to ID myself. Taking into considerations the recent events that occurred about the data breaches that happen to Facebook, etc, I'm not really interested in IDing myself. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to hide anything, I just don't feel that I have enough privacy anymore. None the less, I'm willing to ID myself only under situation that is mandatory. In this case, I don't see any reason too. Let me explain myself. After this limitation, I have to keep changing my password in order to bypass the verification as it keeps popping up "Unable to verify you at this time," every time and day I try to log in. This means, I need email codes, security questions, my credit card number, etc, to change my password. I've probably changed my password like 20 times in the pass week just trying to check up on the status of my support, but I'll get to that in a second. With these proof, it should be more than enough to verify that it is indeed me. I've tried to contact paypal as soon as I got limited through a support ticket. For the past few days, I haven't received any response. I've also tried contacting support through Twitter. I was promised that a specialist would look into my case, yet nothing new appeared. I feel like I've been ignored and let down by paypal many times. I offered verifying my credit card number since there isn't any money on it anyways, to proving SMS, to security answers, emails, as a way of not needing to use my ID. Again, I'm not sure what you guys think, but I take my privacy very seriously. I only use it when needed for important reasons. In this case, I can find many alternatives to resolve this. I don't know if Paypal thinks differently. I've been able to prove this is my account many times without an ID. Hopefully I get a response from Paypal, as it has been a long enough wait time. Bottom line, I'll refuse to ID myself. But please just refund my friend back. I'm in debt and owe him money. If I can't get my account unlimited without using my ID, I beg just refund him the amount that was sent to me. Respond back. Any help in trying to get in contact with support would be great! What can I do in this situation?!?
