I was notified back in July that my account was being limited and I could no longer receive or send money. Now they are saying it has been reviewed and permanently limited and that I would receive notification via email how I can transfer the remaining funds out of my account. I have received NO such email from PayPal and have searched to no avail for some way to contact them concerning this. I just want my money out and to close the stupid account. Fed up with PayPal!
