I’m actually at my tethers end. My account was placed on limitation about 14 days ago since then PayPal have asked me for documents for someone who iv never heard of. The account is in my name but they keep rejecting my documents and keep asking for this unknown persons details from me. Iv sent almost a million messsges to PayPal pleading with them to sort this out but no one seems to be taking ownership of this, they just copy and paste the same answer over and over again. What am I supposed to iv tried ringing them but no answer on the phones due to Covid 19. Please can somebody help me.
