Limitation

my account has a limitation as i opened it before i was 18. i still have money in the account and i was told to wait 180 days. 184 days later and i still cannot withdraw my money. sent numerous emails and paypal have been no help at all. how can i access my money?

yes, when i turned 18 i was told after 180 days i could access my money but it’s still limited

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
